Delivery guidelines
- Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days,
- Please note that we are unable make any changes to your order once processing has commenced,
- All orders require a signature upon delivery,
- Delivery can only occur Monday-Friday during business hours,
- Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your order has left our warehouse. Delivery can be expected to arrive between 4 to 10 business days. This could be sooner in some metropolitan areas, and
- Delivery Guidelines are guidelines only, not a guarantee of delivery timeframe.
If you would like your order urgently please add a note to the customer comments section within your order and we will do our best to dispatch as a priority.
All products are dispatched via one of Australia Post, TNT or Toll. You can expect to receive an email with delivery tracking number after your order has been dispatched. In the event that you are not home at time of delivery, our couriers will leave a calling card in your mailbox with instructions for organising a redelivery or pick up. Please be sure to quote your tracking number and bring along photo ID for collection. Signature is required for delivery.
