Important Information when Returning your item
What can be returned?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the products have not been used or damaged then please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
How do I return an item I am unhappy with?
Please call us within 7 days of receiving the product/s to obtain a returns authorisation number. You must then return the item to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the returns authorisation code at your own cost using our nominated courier company. * Please note that only products with an authorisation code may be returned. The authorisation code and shipping label we will provide you with must be displayed visibly on the outside of the box with the returned product.
Packing materials?
It is essential that all returned products are in their original packaging and are undamaged.
Can an order be cancelled?
Orders can be canceled prior to being despatched from our warehouse. A full refund will be provided if the order has been paid and not despatched.
